We are a thriving RV park located in the beautiful region of South Central Florida. With gorgeous scenic views and           a welcoming community, our park offers a retreat-like experience for guests from all walks of life. As we continue             to grow, we are searching for a dedicated RV Park Managers to join our team.

      The Role:
As our RV Park Office and Maintenance Managers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day                 operations of our park. Your responsibilities will include managing the office, overseeing the maintenance of the               park, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. It’s a hands-on position that requires adaptability,           excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

     Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are looking for people who possesses the following qualifications:

1. 1. RV Park Office Management Experience: Previous experience in RV Park office administration, including handling reservations, managing finances, and coordinating staff schedules.
   2. RV Park Maintenance Expertise: A background in park maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
   3. Sewer and Water Treatment Plant Operations: The successful candidate will be required to become licensed in operating a Sewer Treatment plant as well as a Water Treatment plant. We will provide support in obtaining the necessary training.
   4. People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for building positive relationships with guests, resolving any issues that may arise, and creating a welcoming environment.
   5. Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage competing priorities is key to success in this role.
